ZQM型圓錐球磨機(jī)一般均由筒體、襯板、給料器、排料器、中空軸、軸承、傳動裝置和潤滑系統(tǒng)組成。球磨機(jī)里當(dāng)圓筒繞水平軸線以一定轉(zhuǎn)速回轉(zhuǎn)時，裝在筒內(nèi)的介質(zhì)和原料在離心力和摩擦力的作用下，隨著筒體達(dá)到一定高度，當(dāng)它們自身的重力大于離心力時，便脫離筒體內(nèi)壁拋射下落或滾下，由于沖擊力而擊碎礦石。同時，在球磨機(jī)動轉(zhuǎn)過程中，磨礦介質(zhì)相互間的滑動運動對原料也產(chǎn)生研磨作用。

ZQM型圓錐球磨機(jī)球磨機(jī)在各工業(yè)部門（除忌鐵材料以外）中都有廣泛應(yīng)用，主要可用于選礦工業(yè)、冶金、化工、建材、硅酸鹽工業(yè)，耐火、電力、水泥等工業(yè)部門，來粉磨硬度的礦石、煤或其他可磨性物料。

ZQM wet cone ball mills usually  consist of cylinder, liner, feeding device, discharging device, hollow shaft,  bearing, transmission mechanism and lubricating system. When the cylinder in  the ball mill rotates at a certain speed around the horizontal axis, the media  and materials in the cylinder reach a certain height under the action of  centrifugal force and frictional force. When their own weights are larger than  the centrifugal force, they get away from the interior wall of cylinder to drop  and roll down. They crush the ores through their impact force. At the same  time, during the rotating process of ball mill, the sliding motion of grinding  media produces grinding effects on the raw materials.

ZQM wet cone ball mills are widely applied  in each industrial sector (except steel resistance materials) such as ore  dressing, metallurgy, chemical, building material, silicate, refractories,  power and cement to grind ores, coal or other grindable materials.
