一、作用

ISO鼓后搖篩適用于篩分冶金燒結(jié)礦，是替代人工手篩篩分、減輕操作人員勞動強度、提高篩分正確性、可比性的理想設(shè)備。并具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、使用方便、運轉(zhuǎn)可靠等特點。電器控制設(shè)有電子計數(shù)控制器，使篩內(nèi)試料得到準確的篩分次數(shù)，消除手篩操作的人為誤差。

ISO Drum Shaking Screen is applicable to screening of metallurgical sintered ore is an ideal apparatus to replace the manual screen for reducing labor intensity for operator and improving correctness and comparability of screening. It features compact structure, easy operation and reliable running among others. It is complete with Electronic Counting Controller, allowing test materials to have the correct screening frequency and avoiding human errors arising from manual operation of screen.

III.  Structure

鼓后搖篩為移動式，可機器下方裝有4個滑輪，由電器控控制箱單獨控制，機電一體化設(shè)計，移動靈活。

The after drum shaking screen is mobile. The bottom of the machine  is equipped with four wheels which are independently controlled by the electric  control box. It adopts mechanical-electrical integration system design and can  move freely.

本設(shè)備由一個減速電機、一個電機、軸承座、料箱、連桿機構(gòu)、傳動機座、接料盤等組成。

This equipment is composed of one reducing motor, one motor,  bearing pedestal, feed box, linkage mechanism, drive stand, material receiving  disk, etc.

1、機座由槽鋼焊接、料箱支架通過軸承座支撐兩邊，由減速機傳動搖臂，以20r/min來實現(xiàn)試樣日的。

1. Its base is welded by channel steel. The feeder bracket  supports its two sides through the bearing pedestal and the speed reducer  drives the rocker arm at the speed of 20r/min, to test samples.

2、控制部件：由智能計數(shù)器控制。
